Who we are
Cobalt is a web design and development studio based in La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. This policy explains what data this site uses and how we protect it.
What data we collect
Almost none. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure visits and site speed in aggregate, without cookies: we don’t know who you are, and we don’t follow you around other sites.
The form and WhatsApp
Whatever you type into the contact form is put together on your device and never passes through our servers. When you tap “Open WhatsApp,” the message opens in WhatsApp and you’re the one who sends it. If you don’t send it, nothing reaches us.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and Instagram are third-party services with their own privacy policies. When you message us there, their rules apply.
Your rights
Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25,326), you can ask us to access, correct or delete any of your data we hold, for example from a WhatsApp conversation. We do it free of charge.
