Noruega Energy
The whole business, in one system.
Orders, deliveries, collections and banking in one system, with a public demo.

Background
Noruega Energy distributes fuel. It sells to repeat customers, delivers with its own fleet and extends credit on customer accounts. A lot of moving parts, and a lot of money outstanding.
The problem
At a distributor, information is scattered everywhere: orders in one place, collections in another, the bank in online banking. Knowing who owes what, who’s about to reorder or how the month is shaping up takes spreadsheets and phone calls.

What we built
For your customers
- “My Day”: who to call for a reorder, what to collect, what to deliver and which tasks are pending.
- A 360° profile for every customer: validated tax ID, contacts, account balance and a health score from 0 to 100.
- Orders with automatic pricing and credit-limit checks.
- Deliveries: a route sheet for every truck, with capacity control.
- Payments that apply themselves to the oldest orders first.
- Tasks with WhatsApp messages ready to send.
- A mobile app: snap a photo of a receipt and AI fills in the details.
For you (the admin panel)
- Dashboard: sales, liters, gross profit, margin, receivables and the month’s forecast against target.
- TV mode for the office wall, updating on its own.
- Reorder predictions with a traffic-light system and suggested liters.
- Bank reconciliation with statements from Banco Galicia and Mercado Pago.
- Owner approval required to sell below the minimum price or go over a credit limit.
- AI assistant: ask “How are we doing this month?” and it answers with the company’s own data.
- 3 roles (owner, admin and sales): everyone sees only what’s theirs.
